To participate in the VPK portion of Pre-Kindergarten, you will need to complete a VPK application and visit the website at http://elcpinellas.net to register on-line or call (727)548-1439 to find a location close to you to register in person. This is in addition to completion of the St. Cecelia School application.

In order for your child to receive VPK funding, they need to adhere to the attendance policy that follows. The VPK program allows for thirty-six absences per program year. When your child reaches their thirtieth absence, we will send home a letter reminding you of the remaining days which are permitted. This may sound like a lot of absences but when broken down it comes out to roughly four absences per month.

Should your child exceed thirty-six absences they will be withdrawn from the VPK program at our site. You may choose to continue your child’s education with us by using our private pay program. Details and costs of such program will be conveyed should it become necessary.

Extended day program is available for the convenience of working parents. Extended Day is from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. The fee for extended day is $1,800 annually or payable over 10 months $180 per month for students in the 3 and 4 year old program.
